Returns and Exchanges
At this time we do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer an exchange for any unworn jewelry.
All exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of delivery date.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for each exchange.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a form to begin your exchange. No exchange will be accepted without this form. Once approved, please send your item to 130 Enclave Circle, Atlanta, GA, 30342.
If your item arrived damaged, please email email@example.com for a return label and a replacement item.

What is your return policy?
Short answer: All items are final sale.
Long answer: We want you to love your purchase! Contact Sophie via chat or email if you are unsatisfied with your item 10 days of delivery date for an exchange on any unworn and unopened items.
Did someone get a gift and you don't love what they chose? DON'T STRESS! Chat, email or instagram DM Soph to exchange your gift for an item you love.
Can you cancel or change my order?
We can try our best! All items are final sale and items are made to order. If your order is still in the que, then we would be happy to accommodate! email firstname.lastname@example.org with your change/cancel request.
